Dealer Employee Satisfaction Survey (DESS) is an annual survey administered across TKM dealerships to understand from their employees what makes them successful.
The administration of the survey and the analysis of the results is done by a third party, the inputs shall be completely confidential. Share your sincere feedback on what’s working well and what needs improvement.
During the survey the individual identity shall remain classified the results of the survey will only be provided to the TKM management as a collective score.
